About
I look at content as a product, not a marketing tool. That means starting with the user, designing the architecture before writing a word, and building systems that scale without breaking. I've spent 10+ years proving that the infrastructure behind content matters as much as the content itself.
At Ria Money Transfer, I lead digital strategy for a public web platform operating across 100+ markets and 30+ languages. I manage the website roadmap, content architecture, and conversion strategy, partnering daily with product, engineering, SEO, and design. Right now I'm leading a full platform transformation: a CMS migration, content architecture redesign, and UX and visual overhaul rebuilding the platform from a one-to-one content model to a programmatic, one-to-many system built to scale globally.
Before Ria, I co-founded a marketing agency where I built and led a team delivering content strategy, branding, and web platforms for 25+ businesses. I also grew an online community from scratch to 1M+ followers before it was acquired in 2021. It's where I developed the instinct for audience, growth, and what it actually takes to scale something from zero.

A full migration from a legacy CMS to Storyblok, redesigning the content architecture from one-to-one to a programmatic, one-to-many model that could scale across 100+ markets without proportional content overhead.
Ria's send-money corridor pages were the highest-traffic pages on the site, but they weren't built to convert. A full audit, content architecture redesign, programmatic CMS rebuild, and AI workflow integration that doubled conversions on key pages.
Started as a side project in Japan, grew into the largest online travel couples community in the world. A story about content strategy, audience psychology, and what happens when distribution compounds. Acquired by TripScout in 2020.
I bought a one-way ticket to New Zealand and spent a year backpacking across 25+ countries. It's the most clarifying thing I've ever done and the best investment I've made in how I think.
